*The pool is seasonal so it is only open during the summer months. The hot tub is open year year-round from 10am-10pm. It's a common condo pool, for use by all guests at the condo complex.

Our home is ideal for couples, families, and adventure travelers. It makes for a perfect ski, spa, or golf vacation as it is right next to the Monterra Golf Course and Blue Mountains ski hills. If you have a conference in the village, this is the perfect location. You will love our condo, it's spacious. yet cozy and is fully equipped with everything you and your guests need for a fantastic and memorable stay.
The well-furnished living space includes a gas fireplace, and large screen TV with cable / Netflix, a large leather L-shaped couch, toys for kids, and access to a serene deck with BBQ, overlooking the peaceful golf course, Canadian geese, and lake. Also features a large dining table; a fully equipped stylish kitchen that allows you to enjoy the comforts of your own cooking and memorable meals with family and friends.
There are two bedrooms with King size beds, and each features a TV (with cable and Netflix). There is an ensuite master bathroom and another full bathroom in the main hallway. The spare bedroom features gorgeous mountain views and the master overlooks the peaceful Monterra Golf course. Each bedroom has plenty of space for your belongings.
The apartment offers high-speed internet for endless entertainment. For those of you with little ones, we have a few toys, books and a Graco Pack 'n Plays for infants and toddlers. Please bring your own bedding for the Pack 'n Play.

NB: Vacation Rental Dream is a professional management company and we request a renter's agreement and $350 security deposit (hold on your credit card - same as any hotel) through our booking platform and stripe. 1. NO Parties or events or a $615 fee, plus damages are incurred. (There are security guards who patrol the grounds in the evenings, looking to shut down any parties or events. This is a very carefully managed community.) Extra charge of at minimum $50 if there is vomit that my cleaners have to clean up. Please clean up any extra out-of-the-ordinary mess.
2. NO Pets or a $250 fine, plus damages, is incurred.
3. NO Smoking or a $250 fine, plus damages, is incurred.
4. NOT obeying NOISE level in quiet hours is a $500 fine, plus damages. (Don't worry - you can still enjoy yourselves, this is to prevent the many people who try to book a house to throw a party, which is not allowed. Please just be a nice neighbor).
5. More than 4 bags of TRASH or leaving TRASH left scattered around the house is at least $150, depending on the severity. Please be kind and place all trash in bags.
6. If you CHECK-OUT past 11 am there is a late fee of $50 for the first half-hour and then $100 an hour after that for every hour not checked out or that your luggage is still there. It’s important that the cleaners can start cleaning at 11 am as we like to keep our property clean and beautiful!
** Please note 3rd party failures are not the responsibility of the host. In that, if there is a failure due to a Rogers outage or electrical failure or some other failure, please notify us immediately and we will fix it as soon as we can, normally within a few hours if it is within our control but we cannot be financially responsible for utility outages that occur beyond our control.
***PLEASE BE ADVISED, ACCORDING TO BLUE MOUNTAINS SHORT TERM RENTAL LAW: There is a Noise By-Law, By-law No. 2002-09, as amended, is in effect for all properties in The Blue Mountains 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. The By-law states that:
"NO PERSON SHALL MAKE NOISE OR CAUSE NOISE TO BE MADE OR PERMIT NOISE TO BE MADE THAT WOULD BE LIKELY TO DISTURB THE INHABITANTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY"
Renters and their guests are not allowed to disturb neighbours or interfere with their enjoyment of their properties, or the public realm, at any time of the day or night. Failure to comply with the conditions of the Town's Noise By-Law may result in the notification of the Ontario Provincial Police who may, upon attendance, issue a Notice of Offence, which carries with it a fine, upon conviction, of $615.00 for a first offense. -The number of guests may not exceed 6 persons at any time. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in eviction from property without refund.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 180 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Eighty-five percent (85.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
